Fee’s and payment of accounts 

Any amendments to booking hours and fee changes will need to be signed for. This will also show the new hours of care and the total amount charged, so that parents/whānau are aware of the amount payable per week for their child.

• Our preferred method of payment is via AP -automatic payment. Our ANZ bank details can be found on your invoice. If paying via internet banking, please put your child’s full name as a reference.

• We accept cash and eftpos transactions. We do not accept credit card payments.

• All fees are payable one week in advance and payable weekly (unless written prior arrangement has been made with management).

• Parents are entitled to 2 weeks bookings annual leave without charge.
  This MUST be given in writing with two weeks notice. Annual leave is entitled 6 months from the date of enrolment.

• Fees that are unpaid and are two weeks in arrears may result in the cancellation of your child’s booking and/or at the discretion of management.

• At the discretion of management the debt may be passed on to a debt recovery agent for collection. In this case all outstanding accounts will incur penalty interest charge of 2% PCM until paid in full and you will be liable for all debt recovery costs incurred.

The fees stated in this agreement are current at the time of enrolment. Eden Early Learning reserves the right to change fee rates and policies irrespective of previously published or quoted rates. Management will review the fees annually and reserve the right to change them when necessary. If fees are changed, a three week notice will be given to all parents/whānau through publication in the centre newsletter and displayed on our notice board.

• An annual Fee of $25 is payable at enrolment

• We are registered with WINZ

• We offer 20 Hours ECE

20 Hours ECE for over 3 year olds

Eden Early Learning is offering the 20 Hours ECE for children aged 3, 4 & 5 years of age. To qualify for this the following must be completed.

• Your child must be at the age of 3 to their 6th birthday

• You must have completed an attestation form attesting to the hours you are claiming

• You are unable to be booked in for the same hours at more than one childcare service

• You can claim a maximum of 6 hours per day and up to 20 hours per week

• You must have completed your enrolment form and stated booking times.

Please see us at reception to complete an Attestation Form and to discuss and calculate your fees accordingly.

Late Fees

Our Centre Operating Hours are 7:30am to 5.30pm. We are not permitted to have children on the premises outside of our licensed hours.

Early drop-off's or Late pick-ups may result in a penalty fee of $1.00 per minute.

Eden Early Learning is committed to quality early childhood education and care. Therefore, we offer services over and above the regulatory requirements. This includes quality services such as maintaining a high adult to child ratio at all times, extra teaching resources such as active movement lessons, nutritionally balanced meals provided daily, and sun screen.

(The optional charge is not compulsory and if you choose not to pay it there will be no penalty).
